What is active investing?

Active investing is when you as investor are involved hands on in the day to day operations of the investment. Examples of active investing are flipping houses, managing short term rentals like Airbnb, and managing long term rentals like a duplex or apartment building.


What are multifamily apartment syndications?

Multifamily or apartment syndications are when a group of general partners (managing investors) pool together money from limited partners (private investors) to purchase an apartment building, execute a business plan such as renovating apartments to generate a profit, and then return that profit to investors.
